Setting up an Account in ConnectSmart Manager using your Smokeball login is free, only takes a minute, and imports your Users too, handy!

Steps

Open your preferred browser and navigate to https://my.connectsmart.cloud

Click the link next to Don't have an account? Create one

Sign up with Smokeball

Using your Smokeball login to create an Account with have them linked from the start

We import your Users automatically saving you the time of entering the information manually

Clicking Sign up with Smokeball will take you to the Smokeball authentication page

Once you have entered your Smokeball credentials and clicked Sign In, you will be asked to provide ConnectSmart access to your data file to support our integrations

Once this step is completed, you will receive a Welcome email including a temporary password and activation code.

You can activate your account by logging in to ConnectSmart Manager https://my.connectsmart.cloud
