<h2>Overview</h2>
<p>For Law Firms using LEAP already setup in ConnectSmart Manager, when a new staff member joins the firm or the firm opens a new branch, there are a few ways to set them up</p>
<p>Just remember that a User must exist in ConnectSmart Manager before any licences or services can be allocated to them and the User in LEAP must be licenced for them to be available to Sync</p>
<h3>Steps</h3>
<p>First, login as a Manager or Director into ConnectSmart Manager</p>
<p>Select Integrations and then click Sync with LEAP</p>
<p>This will download the latest data from LEAP for the firm and compared to the data in Manager</p>
<p>A handy 4 step wizard will then be presented to the User</p>
<h3>Step 1 - Account</h3>
<p>This will display the firms name which doesn't normally change very often</p>
<h3>Step 2 - Locations</h3>
<p>Displays the firms Branches in LEAP</p>
<p>Any changes will be shown by a different coloured status symbol</p>
<p>These are New Updates, New Location, Deleted or Insync</p>
<p>Click on New Updates to view the changes and select what to sync into Manager</p>
<p>Selecting a Deleted location to Sync will only remove the link to LEAP, it won't delete the Location</p>
<h3>Step 3 - Users</h3>
<p>Displays the firms Staff in LEAP</p>
<p>Any changes will be shown by a different coloured status symbol</p>
<p>These are New Updates, New Location, Deleted or Insync</p>
<p>Click on New Updates to view the changes and select what to sync into Manager</p>
<p>Selecting a Deleted User to Sync will only remove the link to LEAP, it won't delete the User</p>
<h3>Step 4 - Summary</h3>
<p>Will display an overview of pending updates</p>
<p>Click Finish to complete the Sync</p>
<p>Once complete, you will be able to see the new or updated Users and Locations</p>
<p>Remember, for your firm and staff members security, each LEAP User must authorise ConnectSmart to integrate with LEAP on their behalf before using CallSmart, PrintSmart or any other LEAP integration</p>

Sync with LEAP

<h2>Overview</h2>
<p>In todays digital world, securing your firm and your clients data is paramount</p>
<p>This is why LEAP requires each licenced User to authenticate and authorise ConnectSmart to work on their behalf when creating File Notes, Time Entries and more</p>
<p>If you haven't already done a Sync with LEAP to import your LEAP Users, follow the <a href="https://docs.connectsmart.cloud/article/sync-with-leap" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Sync with LEAP</a> guide first</p>
<p>If you have, you are ready for your Users to authorise ConnectSmart via one of these 3 simple methods</p>
<h3>After a Sync - Password Reset</h3>
<p>If the User has not logged in before, and you have just run the Sync with LEAP, open the User section in Manager, select the User and click Reset Password</p>
<p>This will email them a single use password to login</p>
<p>Once logged in, they can navigate to Integrations and click Link with LEAP</p>
<p>They can then authenticate using their LEAP credentials and click authorise</p>
<h3>User - Password Reset</h3>
<p>They can open their browser at&nbsp;<a href="https://my.connectsmart.cloud/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">https://my.connectsmart.cloud/</a>, and click Forgot Password</p>
<p>Enter in their email address, and click Reset Password will email them a single use password to login</p>
<p>Once logged in, they can navigate to Integrations and click Link with LEAP</p>
<p>They can then authenticate using their LEAP credentials and click authorise</p>
<h3>Via LEAP</h3>
<p>In LEAP, enable CallSmart via the App Marketplace</p>
<p>Click Call with CallSmart inside any Matter to open the CallSmart window</p>
<p>This will detect they are a new User and prompt them to authenticate using their LEAP credentials and click authorise</p>
<p>Once a LEAP User has done either of these integration steps, they will be able to use CallSmart, PrintSmart, NoteSmart and any other integration available for LEAP, assuming they have these services allocated to them</p>

<p>Using CallSmart in LEAP couldn't be easier!</p>
<p>To get started, you simply need to enable the App in LEAP following these 5 easy steps.</p>

<p>Once logged into LEAP, in the main Matter List window, select Menu (top left), then select Apps</p>

<p>Find CallSmart in the Desktop section, and click Enable&nbsp;</p>

<p>Find and click CallSmart in the Tools section</p>
</li>

<p>CallSmart will open a new window in LEAP, when you are ready to get started, click Setup CallSmart</p>
